1. Scope of Service

We offer Done-for-You (D4U) services for online course creation on Xperiencify and gamification setups. These services include strategy, course structure, technical implementation, gamification setup, funnel creation, and limited revisions. In addition, we can provide creative and distributional support.

2. Collaboration Requirements

To ensure high-quality and on-time delivery, clients agree to:

3. Course Types & Content Limits

We offer support for the following course formats:

Workshop Course (1 module, 1 training)Expiring Mini Course (1 module, 3 trainings)Gamified Membership (1 module, 2 trainings as template)5 Part Challenge (1 module, 5 trainings)10 Part Challenge (1 module, 10 trainings)Gamified Signature Course (up to 5 modules with 5 +1 trainings each)

Additional content, structure changes or redesigns may incur additional charges.

4. Revisions

Each package includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Revisions cover adjustments to existing content, not full structural or design overhauls.

5. Timeline & 50% Guarantee

If clients meet the required deadlines for providing materials and feedback, we guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe for each package. If we miss the deadline, we will refund 50% of the project fee. Guarantee excludes Flex Packages and custom builds.

6. Payment & Order Confirmation

Projects commence after full payment and written order confirmation. All prices are quoted in EUR (for EU clients) or USD (for international clients).

7. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Clients retain all rights to their content. We grant a non-exclusive license to use custom-created course components. We reserve the right to showcase anonymized examples in our portfolio unless explicitly refused in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for platform outages, 3rd-party software failures or delays caused by missed client deadlines. Liability is limited to the total paid project amount.

9. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These terms are governed by German law. For international clients, German consumer protection regulations apply. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.

10. Communication

We provide support via email and scheduled video calls. Slack or Notion may be used for project collaboration.
